Teams: $600 per team (up to 12) + $50 each extra player
Individuals: - May sign up at $50 each (Individual Forms Here)
Team Deposit: $200/Team
Team Captain Sign Ups : Wed/Thurs Dec 2nd & 3rd at Home Team Grill (Fan) Time: 5-8PM
- Wed – is for returning teams and individuals without a team only
- Thur – is for new teams and individuals without a team only
Shirt Pick-Up/ HTG (FAN) : Thurs Jan 7th (6-9PM only)
- Final Payment Due (1 Check/Cash Only)
- Happy Hour also for all participating players
START: Tues, Wed & Thursday Jan 12th-14th (time 6:25, 7:10, 8:05, 9:00 & 9:55)

Please note 3 days of Dodgeball play – New for 2010!
MOST GAMES PLAYED on THURSDAYS.
About 10 games will played on Tues & Wed.
