Team Captain Information

TEAM PAYMENT & CHECK DEPOSIT DATES

  • The RCSSC will accept one CHECK per team at sign ups and tee shirt pick up. Check may be from the coach, team representative or business. You may also pay your team balance with all cash or cash / one check combination. This will expedite the registration and pick up process.
  • The $200 deposit required at sign-ups will be deposited the week before the t-shirt pick-up.
  • The balance for the team is required when the t-shirts are picked-up and will be deposited the week of the 2nd regularly scheduled game.

IMPORTANT NOTES REGARDING MONEY $$$ FOR CAPTAINS:

  • $600 Per Team is for up to 12 players.
  • Additional players are $40 each.
  • $+3 for shirt orders of 2XL, 3XL, 4XL, and 5XL should be collected from players.
  • $15 a year SCOR facilities fee is required for all indoor sports players (except Broomball)
    - players DO NOT PAY RCSSC, but pay SCOR directly (and do not need to pay if already piad SCOR for another sport

    From SCOR’s site: All participants at SCOR must purchase an annual membership.  This can be done by going to MySam. Returning Members log on to MySam and select “renew membership” in the top right hand corner of your playewr profile. For new members select “New Customer Click here” on the right hand side of the MYSam Log In Page.  Membership expiration dates can be tracked through each members Player Profile.     • 13–$640
    • 14–$680
    • 15–$720
    • 16–$760
    • 17–$800
    • 18–$840
    • 19–$880

    • 21–$960
    • 22–$1000
    • 23–$1040
    • etc.

RETURNED CHECKS

The RCSSC realizes that sometimes you may forget to deposit money in your checking account. If you need us to “hold” a check for a few days, please contact us ASAP. However, if a check is returned because of insufficient funds, a $25.00 “returned check” fee will be added to the amount due. A check for this fee must be made out to the RCSSC, separately. Teams will not be allowed to play their games until the all fees are paid.
